Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while comfortable with a well-appointed bathroom and a balcony offering a side view of the beach, lacked sufficient storage space and were in need of renovation. Despite the friendly service, there were delays during check-in and check-out. The location, being the last hotel at the boardwalk, provided easy access to the action but came with noise disturbances. The dining experience was a highlight with delicious offerings, although some breakfast options were missing. Facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel was like a 'no star' experience - old, dirty, and not so clean. The towels were stained, the sheets had holes and more stains. The balcony, though requested as non-smoking, was very small. Not ideal overall.
The hotel has a very comfortable bedroom, but there are issues with water pressure in the showers and the elevator not working. It was unclear how they have a 4-star rating, and the heating was poor with insufficiently sealed windows. However, the rooms are nicely isolated.
The hotel rooms are in an ideal spot, away from the promenade and overlooking the dunes and the beach until 4:30 pm. However, they are very overpriced, with no water pressure in the showers, and the elevator did not work. There is no apparent distinction between smoking and non-smoking rooms, making it unclear how they have 4 stars.
